Exchange and return policy for small products
The customer has the right to exchange and return any product ordered through the website for any reason, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, within 3 days from the date the customer receives the product.
In the event of an exchange or return, the full shipping fee of 40 dirhams will be paid.
If the product is compressed and opened, the customer has no right to return or exchange it.
Exchange and return policy for large products
The customer has the right to return any product ordered through the website for any reason, provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, within 3 days from the date the customer receives the product.
In the event of an exchange or return, the full shipping fee of 200 dirhams will be paid.
If the product is compressed and opened, the customer has no right to return or exchange it.
How to submit a request
The customer service team is contacted on WhatsApp and a replacement request is submitted within a maximum period of 3 days from receiving the shipment.
The order invoice is sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email
The shipment is packaged and sent to the nearest branch of the shipping company with the order invoice sent to the customer attached
The customer bears the replacement or return fee of (40) dirhams only for small products and (200) dirhams for large products.
Warranty Policy:
Hotel Bedspreads Warranty
– All cotton bedspreads manufactured by Cloud home Company have a warranty for (1) year from the date the customer receives the shipment.
– This warranty includes the accumulation of the fixed internal filling of the bedspread or the change in the outer color of the bedspread. The meaning of the accumulation of the filling is the occurrence of a void inside the bedspread or the accumulation of the filling in a specific area of the bedspread.
– This warranty gives the customer the right to replace the guaranteed bedspread with a new bedspread of the same type, and if it is not available, the customer has the right to refund the amount of the bedspread.
– This warranty includes the pilling of the outer fabric of the bedspread.
– The warranty does not cover cases of misuse or incorrect washing
Refund Request Processing Period
The processing time for refund requests is from 5 to 15 business days.
